Complimentary Freshly Ground Coffee and a Selection of Teas are available with all Treatments.

Our Coffee Bar is a nice place to sit and have a drink after an exercise class, relax with a friend after a treatment or just a more enjoyable way of shopping!!

Home Made Cake is Freshly made Every Week and is available at £2 a Slice. A Selection of Coffees, Teas, Juices, Wines and Champagne are Available... So Feel Free to just Pop by with a Friend for a Slice of Cake and a Coffee!

Lunch...

We have a Sandwich and Lite Bites menu created for us by the Sheene Mill Hotel and Restaurant. You are more than welcome to order your sandwiches/salads from this menu on your arrival at ESSE and we will bring them to you to enjoy on our sofa area upstairs/ at our Bar when you are ready.

Alternatively the Sheene Mill is situated directly opposite us and is a nice place to stay or book lunch/dinner whilst on a Spa Day.
